Will is a Senior Principal and Business Development Leader with Terracon, a 100% employee-owned national consulting engineering firm. In this role, he provides strategic direction and leads Terracon's Southeast Client Development & Marketing Team responsible for pursuing safe, profitable growth across strategic sectors in GA, SC, NC, VA and Washington DC.
His 22+ years of experience has provided him a deep knowledge in real estate & development. He manages a number of Terracon's national A/E, developer, contractor and logistics clients.
Will also represents Terracon’s corporate commitment to Economic Development and leads a team dedicated to supporting and attracting investment to the communities we live, work and play.
He is passionate about consulting, building relationships and exploring opportunities to find mutual success. Will works closely with developers, the site selector community as well as brokers, architects, contractors and AE firms.
